Obtaining a fast approval.

So that we can get you the fastest response possible, please have the following documents ready when you apply for your loan:

  • Contract of sale if you're buying a home.
  • Deed if you're refinancing.
  • Bank names, account #'s and balances with the most recent 3 months bank statements for all accounts.
  • 1 months current pay stubs and 2 years' W-2s.
  • If your self-employed, 2 years' signed federal tax returns, all schedules, year-to-date profit and loss, and balance sheets.
  • List of debts with account numbers, addresses, balances, and monthly payments. Please include information on other real estate you own.
  • Last 12 months' canceled rent / mortgage checks.
  • Landlord name and address for the past 2 years.

Determining Your Month Principal and Interest Payment.

If you want to determine the monthly principal and interest payment, multiply the loan amount (in thousands) by the appropriate factor.

Example:

If you wish to borrow $90,000 at a 7.56% APR over 30 years, multiply 90 ($90,000/$1,000) by $7.00. The principle and interest payment will then be $630 per month for 360 months. Insurance and taxes are additional and should be added to your monthly payment. Maintenance payments, private mortgage insurance and flood insurance are also additional, if applicable.
